Router tested and said no problem but cant connect to wifi
The router has been rebooted and has all 4 lights and when tested it says everything is working fine but I cannot connect the sky box, mobile phones or anything via WiFi and says connection failed

@Daysie42 if you have a device conected by an ethernet cable log into the hub by typing 192.168.0.1 into a browser and select wifi tgen log in using the username admin and password which is sky if its the older flst type of hub or the wifi passkey on the hub's label if its the newer upright type. You can then choose to see the wifi pasword to check it is what you used on your devices and change it if it isn't.
Otherwise press and hold in the hub's reset pin until,the power led flashes which takes up to 20 seconds then release tge oin and the hub will restart with its factory settings when the passkey on the label will devinitely work.
