Tests are showing broadband and hub are working and there are no outages in the area but there is no connection to the internet

Whenever possible this is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by the time the phone lines open in the morning give Sky a call to report it.

This has happened yesterday since 8pm for several customers including myself (cf. other posts here) and still intermittent this morning..

Echo'ed the problem here its up and down like a yoyo. Had to move my work to my mobile connection to get stuff done.

Find out more@KJaw as Sky have over 6 million broadband customers it is inevitable some will have lost their connection either due to an issue with their line or a fault affecting a small area. It is false to assume your fault is caused by the same fault as another poster it might be but probably isn't.
Intermittent faults are quite common currently due to the heavy rain as water and copper cables carrying high frequency electrical signals dont mix well.

Likewise, It is also false to assume it could not be related. I was relating having a similar behaviour I did not give an opinion of the root cause which could or could not be similar it is a different discussion.
It is also false for Sky broadband checks to show everything is healthy/green when it is not and metrics being used to perform health check is definitely innacurate especially when connection is intermittent.
Anyway hope it get resolved asap.

To further my issue its now gone offline completely.... can only hope its Sky working their backend issues.
