My internet keeps dropping out around 2:50 and then reconnects about 5:45. Problem I have is that I have temperature control equipment linked through the WiFi and I need it kept constantly on.

@MarkJones34 Unfortunately no ISP offers a 100% uptime on their broadband services, its simply impossible to do.
Disconnections over night are usually down to maintenance, you may want to look in to a back up solution that kicks in if your main connection drops if you have equipment that needs a constant connection.
