Internet or box issue?
The apps on my sky q box either won't load or only work for a few mins before the screen goes blank and the connection is lost. I have tried updating software, turning off the box, turning off wifi but nothing seems to work. Has anyone got any other suggestions?

@DG40 most likely issue is poor data connection. Run the network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app. If the figure is low you need to improvecthe connection back to your router. Have you recently gotva new white hub from Sky? If so there are differences in the way Sky Q boxes are connected.
