Internet not working

The light for internet on my hub is off

@Jameshawkins run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection but be aware it can take upmto an hour to pick up the dropped connection. Once it does though it can take yiubtgrough a few steps before offering yo book an anguneer to check the line.
