We're just customers here but are you saying you changed the wifi password perhaps and can't log in now? If so and it's a Max router, hold in the reset button on the back for 10 seconds and it will reset the router to the default settings.

@GH33 not exactly sure you want but Sky have no way to delete a "wrong password" these are something you control. The default password for your Sky hub is printed on the hub's label. It is auite easy to misread these as Sky use the letters I & Onand tge numbers 1 & 0. 

If you have changed the. Passwords and can no longer access the hub you can reset the hub back to its defaults. On the black hubs pres and hold in the reset pin for 20 seconds until the power led flashes. On thecwhite hubs press and hold in the WPS button for 30 seconds until the led flashes green.

Damn, I knew it was the wps button on the Max as well 😞
