Internet not working

My net hasn't been working for the last 20/25 minutes now, I'm completely appalled by this as I need my net to work ASAP! There's only 2 green lights with the phone light being orange and the broadband light is not on at all. I've done all the necessary steps e.g. turning the router off and taking it out of the main socket for 30 secs. I'm forced to using my mobile data that is now being eaten in to. Seriously frustrated!

At that time of night it could be essential maintenance being carried out which is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back by the time Skys phone lines reopen give them a call and report it.
