Internet not working

My internet keeps dropping off. I have WiFi signal and and can run the 'broadband check' service on the app using my mobile data. It tells me we have internet but have no devices connected. I think it's possibly an issue with the router itself? This has been happing multiple times a day (at least 5) for a week now. I've rest the router multiple times.

When the issue occurs, do any lights on the front of the hub change?
