Cannot access apps on sky, in settings ut says it has connection to the router but not connection to the internet. Mobile devices also cannot use WiFi.

Have you tried turning off the router for about an hour and plugging the router back in after this period to see whether it solves the issue. This is a known issue with losing TCP/IP connectivity but not the physical connectivity which Sky is hoping to solve in the near future.
