Internet not working
after having sky fibre fitted about a week and a half ago all of my devices are now running extremely slow and are not connecting properly. My sky Q mini box keeps disconnecting from the network or just won't work and needs to be reset. It won't always reconnect and will take a lot of attempts to get it up and running again

@Robert221980 as I think you need helpmfrom Sky I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
