Internet not working

My sky hub is all connected but I have no internet despite being told it was activated today

@Mitch781  It can take up to midnight for the data to flow. If this does not happen please come back let us know and we can further escalate this to Sky.

Internet is not not working there is no light for the internet only power and Wi-Fi what do I do about this do I need a micro filter?

@Mitch781 Sky should know why your service has not been activated so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.


You probably do not need a microfilter these days as the voice service is normally delivered digitally via the hub on new connections. You only nedd a filter where the old analoguexsystem is being used for voice.
