Your tests say that everything is ok but internet and voice lights on router are yellow not green, my phone is telling me that the connection has dropped and THERE IS NO INTERNET. Your helplines are closed and not only this but my landline is down and I rely on it as mobile signal where I live alone is unstable. This is not accceotable. I need to be back on line and the. I will be changing providers

Mine dropped at 2pm and not been back since. Support is non existent.
