@Vanessajammeh if your hubhas lost its connnection to the line you need to run the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection to see if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If they are you will have to be patient until that is resolved. If they aren't aware call them to report the issue so they can get it repaired.
