Internet not working IV36

3 green lights showing on router. Devices are connecting but nothing is working. Sky stream is showing up as no internet connection. Tested internet speed on sky account and showing up no issues but on fast.com upload speed is only 8mbps. Also can't get logged onto my sky app as showing up there is an issue

Tried contacting sky, can't get through to an actual person, bots keep ending the call.

I have the same issue. Everything is connected 3 green lights, 1 yellow. WiFi saying no Internet connection.

Still not working at 5pm. Nothing changed on router either
