Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Elle1995 if the Sky hub is showing it has lost the connection (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) and a simple reboot by removing the power doesnt sort it call Sky to report thecfault.
