My Internet is moving slow and when I am on social media it keeps lacking

@VanessaSampaio there are several potential reasons for lag you need to workout what is causing your problem. The Service Checker in the My Sky app or website can help you do this as it tests the broadband speed to your hub and can identify issues in your WiFi network in your home.it isnt perfect but it is a useful place to start.
