Internet light off on hub

I lost my internet on Thursday and the guy I spoke to tried to resolve it but he could not. The issue was escalated to the ntwork team who suggested it might be a cable problem and they ordered a new cable for me which I received on Friday. Still that did not solve anything, and I called back only to be told the issue might only be attended on Monday.

 

I have lost essentially 2 days of work which I thought I would cover over the weekend but still nothing. 

 

The network was working okay then the next minute it was down; there was an Openreach Employee earlier on Thursday who was connecting wifi for a neighbour of the same flat, I dont know if he might have caused an issue but the moment he left I started started having some issues.

 

Please help me out on this, need this sorted as soon as Thursday.

@Chief_Chengaose  So you have an engineer coming out on Monday this week to see if they are able to resolve this issue for you?

Its not determined if that will be Monday as they have not yet decided whether to send one or not. Its taking them ages to decide.
