Internet light is amber
My router Internet light is amber I have tried rebooting it a few times but it's still the same. When I do the checks it says it can't find a problem so I'm going round in circles. It won't even take me to the option where it checks for the connection and tells me I need a technician.

@Kirsten7688 the connection test ca n be connfusing the result you see intially is from the last routine test you have to click to run the test again when it should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault in your area. If it doesnt you will need to call Sky to report the fault. However before doing snything check the hub is connected to the master socket or ONT as the case maybe and it isnt a lose conection.
