@Gizzy15 assuming there isnt an issue with the speed of your broadnad connection tomthe hub it is likely to be dodgy wifi in your home. You can check the former by running the service checker in the My Sky app.
Game playing and streaming video require a WiFi sigal which is stable which these days can be difficult as we all want faster wifi and so interference between neighbouring networks increase as people upgrade their equipment. Unless you live out in the country with no close neighbours it is a real issue.
Effectively if you cant beat them join them and upgrade your home wifi either by buying Sky's WiFi Max bundle which can get you up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own whole home WiFi kit and use that instead of the WiFi on the Sky hub.
