Internet lagging on laptop

Despite wifi tests on my laptop saying >200Mbps, I cannot join a video call without it lagging. I am in the loft conversion and using a Wifi Extender has not helped.

This issue is likely more of a latency thing & adding a booster will only make that worse.

Does the call work fine if you move closer to the hub?
