Internet keeps on dropping, still waiting for engineer!
Seriously! It's been a week now and my internet keeps dropping
what is going on? Extremely frustrated
it's having an impact on my work and our home life

As your thread title states you're 'still waiting for engineer' I presume you have reported this to Sky. Unfortunately whatever date you've been provided with for a visit will be the earliest available date in your area. As Sky is a domestic service working from home brings no additional or quicker support.
