Brodband changing date to get the router

Hi Carron Wilson 

I just joined with us with brodband to get internet and I chose for my router to be installed on Friday but it's came through with the email on the 2 May and I picked this Friday to get it. I have just moved in so I will like it to installed as soon as possible . Thanks

@CarronWilson  If you only recently ordered broadband the minimum lead time is 10 working days from placing the order, Sky cannot give an earlier date as the timescales are set by the network operator with is Openreach in the UK.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

And the router/hub is delivered by Royal Mail to arrive a day or two before the activation date.
