We are having the same problem. The checker is completely wrong as I unplugged everything and tested it and got green ticks for it all. It eventually picked up there was a problem and then just kept telling me it couldn't test as there was problem but offered no solution.
We have unplugged at the mains, from the back and done a reset and nothing is helping.
