Internet keeps dropping

Hello, my Internet connect drops about 5-8 times a day and the WIFI is very slow. When this happens the sky glass goes off and everything else takes ages to reconnect. I have checked the broadband on the MySky app and it says there's no issues but there obviously is. This has been happening for a number of days. The middle light on the router changes from green to amber too.

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
