Internet keeps dropping

Our internet connection keeps dropping. It's been happening for the last 4 to 5 days, stays off for approximately 3 minutes and happens both during the day and at night. We have unplugged eveything and plugged it back in. Nothing has changed i.e we haven't moved anything around nor have we added any more devices. I'm going round in circles online, and just get automated response when I try to phone. Can anyone help?

I'm seeing the exact same issue. Since sometime around the weekend the Internet will periodically just drop for a few minutes before restarting itself. Also the general speeds are way down. My service says it guarantees 30.1Mb/s but the service checker on Sky account shows three days in a row now where the average has been way below that. I did try turning everything off and on but now I just wait it out becasue it makes no difference. Hopefully someone noticies this who can help.

It's the same as us. I've done the online checks, which say everything is good, yet since my initial post, our internet has dropped 7 times. 🙄
