Internet keeps dropping. Could not get an engineer for three weeks. They have appointment I get cancellation notice. Sky advises told me to ignore the cancellation. I received WhatsApp message 10 minutes before appointment saying it has been rescheduled. Called sky for a third time and they advise they don't know why this is cancelled. try to raise a complaint but passed to several different divisions and been on the phone for 90 minutes. I shall be cancelling sky subscription very soon
