Trying to watch a programme on Paramount Plus but the circle keeps going round and round and the message then comes up "Oops! Loooks like the internet may be experiencing some issues. Please check your connection and try again. If you continue to experience issues, try restarting your router. Error code 3005."

Thanks for your response. There is no problem with the Sky signal. We had full fibre installed recently and the problem has only occurred since then and only when streaming Sky Sports and on Paramount Plus.

Have tried running a check on your broadband on the my sky app to see if you have any issues in your area?
