Internet keeps dropping

I have sky max and although the speed is fine when working it cuts out very often, at least every hour we don't have WiFi. It has been doing this for weeks.

 

previously an engineer attended and said there was problems at the master socket with old/frayed connection so I have had the master socket moved to a different location but it still keeps happening.

 

this is overall a real problem and need someone to come and correct this
