What's been going on with sky lately? over the past 2 weeks or so sky has been dropping constantly for a minute or two, then it comes back on for a few minutes and drops AGAIN like 4-5 times in the same HOUR

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

It says there's no address associated with my account, I have lost the login info for my sky I don't remember what email I used

Find out more@rem998877 I think that it would be best if you call in to Sky and they can help you with the connection fault and you can also get the email that you are using on the account and then reset the password on the account if you can't remember it.
