Joined Sky broadband in November. I have sky ultrafast 500 and sky max hub . Since last few weeks the internet keeps dropping off randomly many times during the day. Comes back on in A minute or so. Complained to Sky, they relaced the hub but issue still is unresolved.
Strange thing however is when the connection drops, the LED light on hub is steady white. Also ethernet wired connection to hub and computer drops internet connection.
I am thinking of switching over to city fibre or virgin.
