Internet keeps dropping out

My internet continues to drop out every day. When I run diagnostics, the internet comes back on and the test comes back fine. As if nothing was wrong. On other occasions it finds a problem then tells me to book an engineer. The  the internet comes back on and there's no problem. My hub is properly mugging me off!

Hi birdy507 My Internet keeps dropping out and when I fo checks it ssts everything is fine. I only recently git my doorbell working again due to app not connecting...thought it was fixed and now I keep getting error message when entry to access....I don't understand this at all

Did you do this as there could be an external fault somewhere that needs an Openreach engineer to look at.
