Internet keeps dropping out
- Hello,
We've recently been upgraded to fibre but the internet keeps dropping out and is running very slow or not connecting at all.
The sky glass isn't getting signal and own phones Wi-Fi is very slow.
Sometimes it fixes itself but it's very inconsistent and is causing issues such as not being able to watch tv for hours.

@Alex274 It is best you call sky and have them run a diagnostic against your new line! Changing to Fibre should be the same as running on copper but better, but if the Hub moved when you had Fibre installed or it was replaced for a different type that is possibly what is going on!
