Internet keeps dropping out

All checks say broad band to the hub are good... On the sky app, but our phones and sky q connect then they say connected but without Internet. Any ideas

I'm having same issue. None of my devices are working properly. Weirdly working on my phone but can't stream anything. My TV will load Apps but not steam anything. Laptop keeps disconnecting, have to re enter password every 2 minutes to reconnect to WiFi. TV with ethernet doesn't stream either and says no internet. But phone is working!!?? Don't get it

@Woochar  & @COLINFEDUP the service checker tells you the position when it last ran you can click through to run again but it will fail if your connection is down. If the app tells you Sky are already aware of an issue then all you can do is wait until it is fixed.

 

However if Sky aren't aware of a fault call them so they can get the issue checked out.
