Internet keeps dropping out

A couple of times each day our internet seems to stop working. Only for a short period of time but we have to wait while it reconnects.

Snap. 

I have powered down the router and sky q box to reboot everything, nothing has worked. 

I then run the sky test which says all is working but cannot access the internet on any devices. Have had to turn off WiFi on my phone to reply on here. 

Sky Q box won't connect even though the router shows all green. 

Fuming, got tons of work to get done
