Can’t connect Samsung tv to my WIFI

I tried set up manual up address , gateway, dns server. I tried to change security settings. I tried change from WPA-3 to WPA-2. 
it is problem in sky wifi. I connected tv to my iPhone's WIFI

Does your TV show your Sky network name when you get it to search for all available wifi networks ?

I have powered down the router and sky q box to reboot everything, nothing has worked. 

I then run the sky test which says all is working but cannot access the internet on any devices. Have had to turn off WiFi on my phone to reply on here. 

Sky Q box won't connect even though the router shows all green. 

Fuming, got tons of work to get done
