Our internet is awful. It keeps dropping out - we often get the no internet connection error message on devices. I cannot get my work computer (working from home) to connect with the WiFi and the router is in the same room! I can only connect to WiFi extender we bought. We have done the usual tests and everything says it's fine no issues but that's not the case. We really need an engineer to come out to check. We are paying for a product that isn't working properly
I have exactly the same issue. wifi keeps dropping every minute and I can't watch the TV or do official work. Have old and new laptops connecting to 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, and both networks are shoddy throughout the day. Are there any router diagnostic logs can help? Any suggestions?
