Internet keeps dropping out.

My internet is dropping out every 5 minutes or so tonight. Sometimes just for 30 seconds or so and others for 5/10 minutes. 

I have ran the tests on the app and they come back fine even when I am looking at a tv screen telling me there's no internet. 

any tips or advice would be appreciated.
