Anyone having issues with internet keep dropping out? Service checker at sky says all good but obviously not!

What a nightmare apparently there was a power outage in our area on Monday and nothing had been right since then

I'm having the same problem since last night. 😐 Very annoying when I have sky glass sooo no WiFi, no tv 😔 It's happened about 5 or 6 times --they're getting a phone call in the morning 😠
