Internet keeps dropping out

My internet keeps dropping out every 5 mins or so.  Ran all the tests and got everything is fine message from the Sky App.  I have done all the resets/reboots but am still getting the same problem.  Its really not helping me with my work.

Your router is not showing any drops since it was rebooted 5hrs ago. What devices are you experiencing the drops on?

My work laptop, Sky Q and mobile devices, when browesine I get the no internet error page then it keeps trying to re load and eventually it works then drops out again with in 5 mins
