Hi
my Internet keeps on dropping off had an engineer come the other week and there was problem and he fixed it but it still keeps on dropping off. I've recently spoken to a sky representative who was supposed to be sending me a new box. This still has not come my Internet is not usable. I'm trying to work in the mornings from home and it just constantly goes off, I need this fixing ASAP
