Hi I've been with sky since January never received the guaranteed speed so it always shows I have a fault and then advises me to run through the usual steps to try speed up and tells me there's no other problem guessing I have to learn to live with a slightly slower speed or switch at some point.
Anyway my issue right now is for a long time and more so In the last month I am being continually cut off and lights go red and im cut off between a couple of minutes to 15 minutes. It's happening over and over all day long. Can someone help me please? This is causing us issues with our work and aditionally loosing £ because of it.
