Over the past month I am constantly having issues with broadband losing connection.

The past month my broadband connection keeps dropping which also means I have no TV !  I run online checks each time but it comes up that eveything is fine. The last light in the router is orange however. It always comes back on but soon goes again. 

I cant contact anyone at sky as just get stuck in a help loop of testing connection and as we font have the phoneline I an at my wits end and want rup the thing out and go back to Virgin which was reliable. 

is anyone able to helpme please!

Me too! Haven't had internet for past half hour despite checks saying everything is okay. The signal drops off so frequently now.

It's pathetic isn't it. Pay premium price for tv and internet fast speeds and over 50% of the time have not connection and rest of family having a go at me cause they can't watch tv or do online gaming. Wish I had never switched to them.

Does anyone know how I can contact them in person or have any suggestions as to how I can maybe fix problem myself. Costing me a fortune in data 😞
