Internet keeps dropping during video calls

Hi, Internet keeps dropping during video calls in WhatsApp or teams meetings. Diagnostic tool is not picking up the issue. I contacted sky customer care twice. We have sky max with Pod as well but the issue is not sorted yet as the issue is mainly only while making video calls.

@Samuel_Raj vido conferencing requires a steady connection and one of the main causes of calls failing is a flaky wifi connection. If other apps and devices are not affected that is the most probable cause. The location of the pod can be important as it nedds both a good connection to the hub and to the device so typically needs tombe midway between the two. If where you work is on another flooor you may need a second pod which Sky will usally only supply after an engineer has been lut.

I am experiencing similar issues with Microsoft Teams video calls. Despite having an Ethernet connection on my laptop, my connection keeps dropping during MS teams Audio and Video calls ( not watching HD videos or making video calls from phone) . I’ve conducted all the diagnostics through Microsoft Teams at connectivity.office.com, which  indicated a network tethering issue, suggesting that packet drops occur during MS teams audio and video calls. I suspect this might be related to Sky network router or the Sky managed local exchange.  please assist in resolving this issue. @Sky
