Internet keeps dropping and download spped below minimum guarantee

Since about the 25th June my Internet has kept dropping randomly multiple times a day and my download speed is below the minimum I'm guaranteed. 

On the 11th June I got a text that an engineer was being sent out though I had reported no fault and on the 20th I received another text that sky was working to fix the fault.

I'm getting super fast fibre installed in the 10th and am concerned whether or not these issues will affect the upgrade

If your getting FTTP installed then this will negate any issues you have currently as its a completely different cable and routing method.
