Did you ever get your problem solved. I've just had fibre optic installed yesterday. It drops out every 2 mins on all my devices. I wish I'd seen your post! My broadband with sky was perfectly OK before never ever had any problems now it's a nightmare! I work at home so don't know what will happen tomorrow! All devices and TV's are freezing and droping out. I had a text message conversation with BT Open reach man but just say working at his end! Great but I dont' have a service now.

No, still have the same problem, just don't know what else to do, everything worked fine previously.. Trouble is it's not just the TV, the landline goes dead too. If you find a solution would love to hear from you. Best wishes.
