Hi there, I tried working from home today, i had problems staying connected to the WIFI on my laptopfrom upstairs, I had to move downstairs this improved slightly but still wasnt great. I need my internet running well as I am going to be working from home more often. How can I get this resolved?
If you pay for the Sky boost or Sky Max addons then you should be able to claim a free booster to improve the situation. If not you'd be looking at 3rd party boosters/extenders/routers or subscribing to Sky's packages.
