Internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 30 minutes or so

Hi my internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting but it's saying our connection is good

@NatalieJxox if the hub is dropping its connection frequently call Sky to report the fault. While it could be a faulty hub it is also possibly a line fault.
