Internet keeps cutting out

We had new line into the house since then it is cutting out every few days for hours at a time. Really frustrating

This might be to do with a poor signal so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Having the same issue here.

 

Upgraded to full fibre. The engineer did what he had to do. He had to move our router as was originally in the loft and everything was hardwired in. 

Now nothing can be hardwired in, I'm getting speeds of 4mps and I'm incredibly annoyed.

@CaitlinB91 is it feasible to run a longer Ethernet cable from the new ONT to the loft location so the hub can be installed there? You only need a standard Cat5e or 6 cable which are easy to buy.
