Internet issues

Hi,

 

I'm having issues with my internet. My Sky TV won't connect to my Sky Router, and I'm getting poor quality internet on my laptop and other devices (e.g. I couldn't even do a Teams call this afternoon, I had to switch to my phone's hotspot). I have Gigafast fibre so shouldn't be getting these issues. Nothing has changed in terms of my setup, the router is in the same place it's been for the last 5 years. Issues have been going on for a few days now, and even before that, intermittent connection is been a common issue.
