Connection is poor
Hi I've recently got a new sky WiFi box and it works connected to my devices sometimes but not always I've checked the connection on this app it says connected but that speed is poor I've tried turning on and off WiFi sometimes this works turning on off devices sometimes this works but more often it won't work and my devices say cannot connect to the WiFi I had no problems with my previous sky WiFi box but this new one seems to be hit and miss would appreciate some help thank you
